    Privacy Policy

    Last Updated: July 3, 2026

Digiwoof respects your privacy and is committed to being clear about how we collect, use, share, and protect information.

This Privacy Policy applies to Digiwoof’s websites, landing pages, services, educational resources, marketing and advertising services, support channels, and the Clicks! software platform (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

    1. Who We Are

Digiwoof is based in Oregon, United States.

In this Privacy Policy, “Digiwoof,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Digiwoof. “You” and “your” refer to website visitors, leads, customers, Clicks! users, and other individuals whose information may be processed through our Services.

For questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at:

    info@digiwoof.com

    2. When Digiwoof Is Responsible for Your Information

Digiwoof is responsible for personal information we collect directly for our own business purposes, including information from our website visitors, leads, clients, webinar attendees, course participants, and support contacts.

Clicks! clients may collect and manage information about their own customers, leads, employees, and contacts through the Clicks! platform. In those situations, the Clicks! client is responsible for deciding what information they collect, why they collect it, and how they use it. Digiwoof processes that information only as needed to provide, maintain, support, and secure Clicks!.

If your information was entered into Clicks! by one of our clients, you should contact that business directly with questions about its privacy practices, marketing messages, appointments, forms, contracts, or client records.

    • Advertising technologies that help us measure campaigns, show relevant ads, and reach people who have previously interacted with Digiwoof.

Digiwoof may use its own lead and client information to create matching audiences, custom audiences, or lookalike audiences through advertising platforms. We do not use Clicks! client contact data or CRM data for these purposes.

Where required, non-essential analytics and advertising technologies will be managed through our cookie-consent and preference tool. You may update your choices through the Cookie Preferences link available on our website.

You may also manage or remove cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect how some website features function.

    8. Artificial Intelligence Features

Digiwoof and Clicks! may offer optional AI-assisted features, including tools that help create content, generate drafts, summarize information, support automations, process transcripts, provide reporting assistance, or respond to inquiries.

Use of these features is optional and chosen by the applicable user or Clicks! client.
