Hey dog pros, we’ve got some exciting news to share—Clicks Conversations just got a major upgrade! You can now send group messages directly from your account. This feature makes it easier than ever to communicate with multiple clients or contacts at once, saving you time and improving your client engagement.
How It Works
Getting started with group messaging is simple:
- Start a New Conversation: Go to the “Conversations” tab in your Clicks account and click “New Conversation.”
- Choose Group Messaging: Select the “Group Message” option (or stick with “Direct Message” for one-on-one communication).
- Pick Your Phone Number: Select the phone number you want to send messages from.
- Add Participants: Choose the contacts you want to include in the group message. You can add multiple participants to one conversation.
- Send Your Message: Type out your message and send it to the group. All replies will appear in the same conversation thread.

- Real-Time Replies: See replies from all participants in a single thread.
- Desktop Access: Currently available in the desktop app, with mobile support coming soon!
